Hosting Foreign Students for Internships/Traineeships in University Laboratories
Before Arrival: The sending university or the student must have the hosting professor (Tutor) and the Department's Erasmus Delegate sign the required documents (typically an acceptance letter during the initial phase, followed by a Learning Agreement with more detailed information about the mobility period and the activities to be carried out).
Upon Arrival: The student will contact the Department's Erasmus Delegate and the University’s Erasmus Office for the signature of the "Traineeship Start Confirmation" form and registration, respectively. During this time, the student can also request access to the university cafeteria and Wi-Fi by contacting the Erasmus Office via email at incoming@unich.it.
International Students
The procedure is similar to the Erasmus students' process. However:
The point of contact at the university will be the International Office instead of the Erasmus Office (international@unich.it).
The documents to be signed will depend on the requirements of the sending institution/university.
Upon arrival, the student should also be directed to the University’s Workplace Safety and Prevention Service (prevenzione.sicurezza@unich.it).
